Trumpet Teacher / Colchester Essex UK / Tim Curd Brass

I am an experienced teacher and I have been teaching brass for over 20 years. I am a tutor for Essex music services and I attend their teaching and safeguarding courses and I hold a DBS for child safety.

I teach brass at many schools which include- The Royal Colchester Grammar School, The Gilberd, Philip Morant, St Benendict's and many others. I previously taught at the Colchester Institute saturday morning school (AEMS) for 15 years.

I can teach and prepare pupils both ABRSM (including jazz) and Trinity and exams and I have entered over 600 candidates with excellent results. My pupils have gone on to study music at top universities and colleges and some now play professionally.

Though I am a trumpet and cornet specialist I teach all brass and music theory.

For private one to one instrumental or theory lessons I teach from home in Stanway, Colchester, Essex and my fees are £15 for half an hour or £30 for an hour.
